So A Gorilla Goes to a Fire. . .

Firefighters wrap up at the scene of a fire at 15 M. St. in Hampton this morning, where a home was gutted by two fires this morning. Right, Wayne McGowen, who was sleeping in the basement of the house when it caught fire, watches firefighters at the scene along with neighbor Kali Burns, who was dressed as a gorilla. If I’d been in the neighborhood I’d have immediately bought the guy in the gorilla suit a beer. I’ve always appreciated people who go out of their way to make things a bit more surreal.
